Below are some of our Frequently Asked Questions...

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes, we are located in Melrose Park, Illinois. Currently we service all the Chicagoland area and we are open to traveling outside of Illinois.

DO WE HAVE A MINIMUM?

At this time we do have a minimum of $300. However please contact us for more information. We are always willing to help to work within our clients budgets. 

CANCELLATIONS

All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is cancelled, a credit will be held on your account and can be used in the future.

WHAT KIND OF BALLOONS DO YOU USE

We use 100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. We use the highest quality balloons available. 

HOW DO I BOOK

Please complete our Contact Form we will get back to you within 24-48 hrs. Once we have gone over all of the details of your event and you agree with the design. I will send you an invoice with the information on how to proceed with booking.

We require a $50 deposit to secure your date. 

HOW LONG DO BALLOONS LAST?

Balloon installations can last anywhere from 1 day to several months depending on the conditions.

 

Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, the lifespan of your balloons could be effected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside. 

TAKE DOWN

TAKE DOWN
KO Designs offers rental items that will be picked up by the KO Designs Team at no additional fee. If you have a Balloon Decor only set up once the event has ended, the taking down of your arrangement is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons, this can be provided at an additional charge. Please make sure to mention this when you complete your Contact Form.

DISCLAIMER

Upon set up completion KO Designs is not responsible for any balloon damages, due to weather conditions, etc. We can not guarantee how long the balloons will last. If during installation your balloons are damaged it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement in time.
